Arkansas is on track to shatter its medical marijuana sales record with over $240.9 million in sales recorded through the first ten months of 2025, marking a 5.75% increase from the same period last year. With sales figures steadily climbing, the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) anticipates surpassing the previous annual record of $284 million. The Arkansas Department of Health reports that there are currently 112,760 active patient cards, reflecting a strong base of medical cannabis users.
