Pattaya Woman Seeks Help After Forced Cannabis Gummy Consumption by South Korean Man

In a concerning incident in Pattaya, a 25-year-old Thai woman, known only as Bew, sought assistance from locals after being coerced into consuming cannabis gummies by a South Korean man. Bew, who had recently relocated from Songkhla to work in Pattaya's entertainment sector, was found in a distressed state outside a convenience store on Pattaya Sai Song Road early in the morning

Police were alerted to the situation at 3:36 am and found Bew visibly intoxicated and struggling to communicate. Locals assisted her with an inhaler and encouraged her to wash her face to regain composure. Once Bew was able to speak, she recounted that the South Korean man had initially offered her cannabis to smoke before giving her the gummies, which led to severe dizziness and vomiting

Feeling unwell and realizing she was losing control, Bew requested to leave, but when the man refused, she fled the condominium to seek help. Police subsequently took her to a hospital for a medical check-up and advised her to return to the station the next day if she wished to file charges. No legal action has been taken against the man as of yet
