The bags, which were marked with a commercial sticker from a shop named Tue Joi Store, prompted immediate concern among the villagers, leading them to report the incident to the local police. The cannabis, weighing a total of 1.2 kilograms, was collected by officers from the Mueang Udon Thani Police Station.
