In Sukhothai, Thailand, a 52-year-old man named Mr. Jaroen was apprehended by police after allegedly shooting a dog while under the influence of cannabis. The incident, which occurred on May 26, 2068, alarmed local residents, prompting them to notify authorities. Mr. Jaroen claimed he shot the dog because he hallucinated it transforming into a mythical creature threatening livestock and humans
Upon returning to his home on May 29, Mr. Jaroen was arrested by officers from the Ban Rai Police Station. He was found in possession of a 7.65 caliber firearm and ammunition. During interrogation, Mr. Jaroen appeared disoriented, and he admitted to consuming cannabis prior to the incident. Police are continuing their investigation and have collected DNA evidence to proceed with legal action
